Phone call that led to an on-site interview. Did not receive first position interviewed for, but stayed in contact and eventually landed another position. The talent acquisition associate was very difficult to work with and did not place me where I was trying to get placed.

Ghosted as I didn't hear back after interview and towards the end of the interview I was told I wouldn't be ghosted which was already a red flag. The interview was pretty smooth and the interviewer was very respectful.
Consisted of a few questions basic questions over the phone . The whole process was disorganized and the interviewer seemed completely apathetic over the phone in addition to the company never getting back to me.

I received a video call invitation after applying online, submitting a resume and cover letter. I then did the video call, which took about 15-20 minutes, and consisted of 4 behavioral questions. I then didn't hear back.
