Applied online through the corporate careers site. Got an invitation for an interview a week or so later. I was local, so they didn't have to fly me in and give me the whole tour of my city. The interview was going to last all day. They were extremely, and I mean extremely, nice and friendly. You have an interview host, who eats lunch with you, leads you to each of your interviews (3 separate ones with multiple people each from different teams) and if you are new to the area they will even show you around the city. The interviews weren't difficult. They had me design basic state machines for a black box. Know state machines, mealy, moore, karnaugh maps, and how to make state machine equations and the matching flip-flop cominatorial drawings.
