I was interviewed, tested on my knowledge and given various scenarios with which I had to explain my decision making process.
Overall the interview was conducted in a more formal manner than expected, and the environment felt slightly overstimulating and in need of streamlining, which I felt added to the external pressure factors of the interview.
Everyone I came into contact with during the interview process were professional and pleasant to deal with.
I felt like I was able to learn a lot from this my experience in this interview and take it forward.

It started with a standard 15-20min call with HR, second round was with the HM, and then four more interviews with people from other teams this role would interface with.
Scheduling was rather haphazard and all of the interviews got rescheduled, some of them multiple times. Didn’t feel like they were organized or perhaps were spread too thinly.
I rate this experience negatively because of the haphazard nature of the process, tells you that hiring isn’t really a priority, and because I was ghosted after the interview.
