The interview process typically begins with an initial screening stage, often conducted over the phone or via a digital platform like HireVue, where you may answer questions related to your background, skills, and motivation for applying. If successful, candidates are usually invited to participate in further rounds, which might include video or in-person interviews with team members or hiring managers. These interviews often focus on assessing technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and cultural fit.
J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez National Grid (Syracuse, NY)
Entretien
Well structured, first phase was video recording of yourself so less arbitrary than live interview. There were 7 recordings you needed to submit to answer several prompt questions, followed by answering 2 timed “brain games” that IMO were a bit too short on time but were OK overall.

J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. J'ai passé un entretien chez National Grid (Northport, NY) en déc. 2022
Entretien
Initial Hirevue screen, which was buggy at the time, and then an interview with the potential manager. The manager asked mostly behavioral questions, and there was not a technical portion, at least for my interview.
