Phone screen with recruiter. Phone screen with hiring manager. In-person interview with hiring manager. Phone interview with directors from cross-functional teams. Took a long time to hear back between the steps, but once I got to the end they made me an offer the same day. Then there is a waiting period of 2 weeks or more to do background check and prepare for on-boarding.
