They requested the first interview very fast. The interview went well, HR told me I was exactly what they were looking for and they would follow up in the next two weeks to schedule the next round with the COO and Hiring Manager. Three weeks went by and I never heard anything. I sent a follow-up email and no one ever reached back out.
