Initial conversation with HR about interests, skills, resume. Same week scheduled a phone interview with hiring manager which was focused on why I want the position. After the conversation, scheduled a face-to-face interview with 2 executives and the following week got a verbal offer.
The written offer came a week after.

Two rounds of interviews over Skype. I was asked about my professional experience and where I saw myself in 5 years. Talked about the position and whether I was okay relocating to Washington, DC for the postion.

Entretien
Although there were tough questions, the interview process was very direct and streamlined. It was an engaging experience. They were very interested in any new ideas I had for their marketing and how well I could manage projects.
