Panel interview and a little intense. I know that they also do a shadow trial run before offer to make sure it’s a good fit. I believe I had a few other people interview me as well.

Terrible HR! Job offer was rescinded simply for attempting to negotiate my salary. Low ball offer given, followed by an ultimatum. No job description was provided. Even worse, the HR rep applied to the job on my behave and then she withdrew my application on my behalf ("candidate withdrew application"). Pretty sure her behavior is illegal.
