The interview was done remotely which I feel like kind of made it awkward. I’m more of face to face type of person. I was asked a lot of what you call “behavioral” types of questions that I wasn’t prepared for... and I feel like that’s what messed me up from getting the job. So anyone out there looking to land this type of job. Be prepared and have your answers ready for behavioral questions.

They brought in 3 people and all ask questions. Only one of the 3 knew the job. It was hard for them to answer my questions you can tell management does not know the task well.
