I had a virtual interview and then a final interview in person. The virtual was with a Derivative Director, and the final in person was first with two advisors and then two higher-up examiners that took me to lunch.

first round on campus, more of a screening speak with a director, they ask you behavioral questions second round, a session w/ membership oversight team followed up by lunch with some team members first round was really personable (director) but second round (managers) i felt like oversight team was just interrogating me and not interested in me as a person. the team members were really chill afterwards though. a decent recruiting process that fell flat near the end.
