One on campus interview, one phone interview due to snow storm. Honestly amongst most banks probably the most casual and comfortable interview environment. Most of the emphasis is on why banking, why RBS, and why you are a good candidate.

Application - standard process, education background, cc, cover letter
Online tests - standard online psychometric/numeracy online tests
Assessment centre - 2 interviews with 4 interviewers, case study, post case study interview.
Even if the interviews in the first sections are mostly competency-based, the commercial awareness that you've read actually add weight to your application. The case study itself is a strictly IB case study (mixing with DCM and M&A knowledge) Under strict time pressure you won't be able to construct the whole understanding of the deal flow solely based on the given information. Therefore it's always better to build a solid understanding of deal structuring before getting on with case studies.
Post case study interview - strictly technical based: recommend to come up with your own rationale and risk quantifying method for your own decision making in the case study.

SJT - Numeracy - Logic - online interview
Logic is quite difficult but there is practice question for you to try before the actual one. however, the online interview is difficult for me. I was too nervous. but the questions they asked is quite general. although i failed at this stage, they do provide me with some feedbacks on how i can improve from there.
