Absolutely terrible process 1. Applied. 2. Spoke to hiring manager over the phone. Made perfectly clear, by availability was weekdays 8:30-3:30 with some flexibility to start earlier. Also made clear weekends would have to be planned out far in advance, and can’t commit to those. 3. Lost my application and told me the wrong day for the interview (told me Wednesday but had me scheduled for Thursday) 4. Made me interview with someone Wednesday & come back Thursday to talk to front desk lead since she wasn’t in since they had me down for Thursday. Again made it perfectly clear what my availability was especially with weekends. 5. Started the interview late (pet peeve, because if I showed up late I wouldn’t get the job) 6. Told me the required weekend availability. I walked out after that.
