The interview process started with a telephonic round that set very positive expectations around the role, growth, and work environment. However, the experience declined in the later stages. The round with the project head felt rushed and uncomfortable, with frequent interruptions, unnecessary laughter, and very little room to complete answers, and it ended in under ten minutes. The final round with the co-founder felt tense and discouraging, with repeated interruptions and a negative overall tone that made it hard to feel heard or fairly evaluated. There was no follow-up communication after this stage. Disclaimer: I would strongly recommend connecting with ex-employees before accepting any offer, as conversations with former employees after my interview revealed similar concerns about the work culture and management approach.
