HR find me on Job hunting platform and asked me if I am interested in having an interview with them. There are two interviews, the first one takes longer, including a simple test according to your acedemic background, interview with HR, and interview with boss. The second one came after couple few weeks, and this one only interview with another boss from the same dept. Before the first interview they asked me to fill a form and log my basic info on their internal website. Besides, doing a short version toeic test to evaluate applicants' English ability is required. BTW, the interviewers are so kind, I appreciate their efforts on answering my questions and explaining the job, company culture, and the challenges they face. ps. I haven't got the offer until the day I post this review. If I get it, I'll change the status.
