the interview process was quick, easy, and relatively painless. The managers were nice and friendly and pretty chilled out. the questions were easy to answer and the interview process was light hearted and not too stressful.

Very casual and conversational setting. It was one on one with the store manager, who explained aspects of the role and the team environment at the store. Nandos stores have a store manager, assistant manager, and a few shift supervisors (depending on the size of the store and location).

I was contacted by a recruiter, and two weeks later received an email from the store manager.
The interview was very quick and simply. The questions were typical.
My degree is in hospitality, and I have almost a decade experience in customer service.
I was not even given a call or email after the interview. No update or anything. Pretty poor reflection on this company's values.
