The interview experience was horrible. Dear Nagarro, please double check who your interviewers are as they are presenting you to the candidates. My interview was scheduled for the position of AWS Staff Engineer and the guy (who had below average English speaking skills) only asked 5 AWS questions out of a set of 30 questions. He was ego centric, spoke like an amateur and was in some kind of hurry (maybe he wanted to cook his meal). A piece of advice from me for you is to start some interviewer certification program and only those who pass it with a good score must be allowed to take interviews for you. Nagarro was one of the best service based companies to work for and now it has become a typical service based companies and looks like it wants to compete with other companies in terms of cheapness. For the guys reading this, I hope you will be able to guess my experience from the first question I have mentioned below.
