Very good and true exp, I am sharing here. I went for interview there. HR told me that there will be 1 round of IQ test and 1 technical round. They asked to answer 50 objective question within 12 minutes. And to be honest I got rejected there. Because my reading speed is not that fast. I want to ask company even after having 5.5 years on technical experience company is interest to check the IQ of the person. They are not interested to test the technical skill of the person. what level of selection process they are having. I am working in accenture consulting which is quite big then nagarrow but as per nagarro's test I am not even having IQ for nagarro and they think that based on their rubbish test My IQ level is not good. And what if I am able to clear the test and able to give answers after prepartion but not able to work after selection. Then what their IQ test will do. I travelled 60 KM for the interview and they wasted my time with their 12 minute test. as they say that whosoever will clear IQ test will go ahead. I want nagarro to stop doing this and wasting the time of people. Based on my exp I would rate nagarro one because here nothing is lessor than this.
