The interview process was a joke - after reaching out to ME to see if I had interest, I had 2 calls with the recruiter, followed by FIVE different interviews, each spaced 2-3 weeks apart. After each interview, I heard NOTHING from anyone at Nagarro, including my recruiting contact, until the next interview was go. After the last interview, I was told a decision was being made "quickly", yet after 1.5 months, I have still heard nothing.
If I'm a pass, that's fine...no worries, no hard feelings. But maybe let me know. Just leaving candidates to hang in the wind is incredibly unprofessional, and quite honestly, if I had been offered a position, I would most likely have passed on it, notably because this process is a huge indicator of the company as a whole.
