The conversation itself felt professional and thorough. However, after the interview I didn’t receive any follow-up or status update no timeline, next steps, or closure. It ended up feeling more like they were collecting candidate profiles rather than actively hiring (unclear if there was confirmed headcount for the role).

All rounds were scheduled in a hurry, with no time for prep and no respect for the candidate's time.
There was no response after that, they did not even reply to the emails and when I called after a weak, they said they offered it to someone else.
