HR has first given me the Biodata form to fulfill and it was a very long form but then after 5 minutes the interviewer come and asked me to later fill the Biodata from and first start the interview process

2 round online and 2 round teams meeting and the interviewer asked very basic questions like delegate and events which were correct at architecture level but the interviewer was asking for coding structure and also have not worked on redis but still he wanted to know about redis only

Entretien
Same process for hiring a fresher and experienced. You may feel awkward when interview ask you theoretical definitions of keywords or terms. I won't recommend it for senior role.
