For all level of experience they have process to conduct IQ Test
It's really frustrated in first place.
Why IQ test? ==> It seems like a eliminator round.
How can someone judge based on IQ test?
If it so then they have to hire all college pass out or school students who's IQ is more..!!!

Beware of the interview process of Nagarro.
I had given couple of interviews but experienced unprofessional behaviour from the recruiter. Recruiter is fraud , he asked for documents and then did not reply to any of the emails or phone calls , not even gave any feedback. Very hopeless and pathetic behaviour from recruiter, don't waste your time here.

Asked basic dsa,OOPs,questions from Linked List , Array mostly and projects . Then in HR round , basic intro , effect of AI , traditional or Digital mode of classroom.
They have just two technical round. I got through a friend reference who was working and got an invite for interview in a week for a technical round.
The interview process was very smooth.
