Quite tough and detailed. Two aptitude tests and then face to face round. Questions asked were mainly on SDLC model and testing activities. some questions for programming languages. Last round with project manager about aspirations and overall personality.

process is easy if we take it seriously & follow the process as told before . HR are helpful and try solve queries whatever we have , be it small , relevant or irrelevant ( to them)

Pathetic experience.
I recently appeared in an interview. 12 minutes of IQ test followed by 45 minutes of QA test which took 6 hours long waiting time before the final interview. HR guys were too slow to start the process. There were hardly 20-25 candidates & I guess they were having only 1 interviewer who seemed to be tired, frustrated & not interested at all in taking interviewes. Asked only 3-4 questions to me, I answered all correctly. HR said that they will share feedback by next day. I got a negative feedback mail next day without mentioning any reason. Why you guys invite the candidates for interview & waste their time when you can't afford that much of salary package to him or her. It's not a good practice to reject the candidates based on their expected salary & then provide a false feedback.
Advise for HR:
1. Value others time.
2. Modify your process of inviting candidates for interview. Shortlist candidates based on their expected salary & then send them invite. Stop wasting everyone's time.
3. Povide the genuine feedback.
4. Improve your interview process.
