I literally walked in. Was explained what they do and shown pictures of beautiful places (you'll get suck in places that are NOT like the pictures they show). then shown the benefits and offered a job. No interview, very few questions about me or my schooling/work.

They literally did not ask me a single question. They are in constant need of fresh graduates to churn through because maybe 1 in every 10 stay longer than a year.
