The recruiter was very responsive and guided me through every step of the process. The people I interviewed with are very passionate about their jobs and it really shows. One of the best places I've interviewed with in a while within the industry.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT interview with NZXT. I urge anyone reading this to not bother applying or interviewing unless you just want to waste your time and energy. Absolutely pathetic process and completely disrespectful of your time. 48 days from application with over 2 weeks of ghosting in between, and a total of 5 interviews only to receive a generic rejection. Met with HR, hiring manager, and 3 other cross-functional team members. Despite what I thought were productive conversations, there was no meaningful feedback throughout the interview process. Eventually, they followed up and just gave me a generic "we will not be proceeding with your candidacy rejection" after 5 interviews. What a joke for anyone who is a professional with any amount of experience. They have a lack of organization and respect for candidates. Given their floundering status in their market, it's clear they're scrambling to scale their profitability and it shows with previous layoffs. As someone who formerly was a brand advocate for them, I definitely will no longer be recommending their products given this is how they conduct themselves professionally. There is no excuse to waste everyone's time involved in such a disgraceful manner.
