They'll ask you the general on line questions. You have to be social and likeable. Someone who students and counselors can approach. Be very excited to be there. Act like it's hard to apply for a job there and that being a part of the university has always been something that you've wanted. Act like you're willing to do anything to be hired.
I was interviewed over the phone by a recruiter and it went well and I was called for the 2nd interview and I will let you know how it goes with the second interview

Entretien
Applied in May online and was contacted a day or two later for a phone screening. It went well and I was invited for a second interview a few weeks later which also went well. I was invited to have a third interview a few weeks after that which unfortunately didn't go perfectly, but I was still hopeful. Despite following up twice in the following weeks, no one responded to my messages and I was never notified of the decision. I had to take off work on three separate occasions for these interviews so any notification would have been appreciated, even if it was a rejection.

Entretien
The next day after I applied, I received an email to schedule a phone interview with a representative from Human Resources. The interview was easy and took less than 10 minutes.
