J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez NYU (New York University) (New York, NY) en mai 2015
Entretien
I was lucky and didn't have to go through HR. My interview was with two administrative supervisors in the advertised program who were both very knowledgable in what the position would entail. The interview was very conversational, none of the canned HR questions about my greatest weakness, etc. It probably lasted about 20 minutes, and didn't involve any computer tests. I didn't get the job, but it was still a positive experience. From what I'm reading here, it seems to vary greatly depending on the department you are interviewing for.

It was two rounds of interviews, one with HR and one with the team you’ll be working with. Overall, it was very fair. The first was over the phone and the other was conducted by zoom.

Entretien
The interview process was overall very fast paced and efficient. A lot of emailing and some HR phone calls. Usually 3 rounds of interviews with different people. Mostly online through Zoom or phone calls. They have you do a few online assessments in basic Word, Excel, Grammar etc but those tests are both easy and quite annoying. The system is very old.
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez NYU (New York University)
Entretien
There are typically 3 interview rounds: hr pre screen, meeting with the hiring manager and an hr rep, followed by a final panel interview with cross functional team members. If you move to the 2nd round, the time between the 2nd and 3 round sometimes takes long or even after the 3rd round it can take a while to hear back.
