Submitted my resume online and received a personality test in my inbox about 3 weeks later. Finally heard from the recruiter after a week that they would like to schedule an interview. After meeting with the HR hiring manager and the manager for the position, I was told everything went well and the next step would involve a sample contract redline assessment. The assessment was never sent and I was ghosted.

I met with HR and they asked me questions. I then met with the director, manager and senior staff in the department. They asked me a series of questions and wanted to gauge my knowledge of transactional law specifically clinical contracts.
