First interviewed with the director of the department, then waiting another two weeks to interview with an HR rep which lasted about 15 minutes. The information given in that interview could have been done over the phone. Then waited another 3 weeks for a response. Finally received an offer, which I then countered however was informed there was not countered allowed. I sadly declined position due to department was not willing to work with me.
