It's a scam, be careful and stay away. Don't waste your time on this. The lady called and said I applied for FSA company/Account Manager position, when I did some research I found it was NYSL Promotions which I've been advised to stay away from. Do your due diligence and save yourself the hassle!

it was a simple four step interview process. first was a phone call to get to know you and describe the firm. next was an in-person interview with the CEO where he vaguely went over what the job is and how the business works. he'll ask you to come back for another interview with "one of his top reps" who will go into more detail about pay, hours, and the behind the scenes. finally in the same day as the follow-up interview was the final interview with the CEO again where he will offer you the position. everyone will get offered a job if you just show up. very high turnover here so beware. it's also door to door sales/marketing.
