Standardized process with questions sent out five minutes beforehand. Not a lot of back and forth as they focus on ensuring the process is the same for everyone. Questions were experience and example based

Entretien
It was a team interview with multiple lawyers in the remote interview. Each lawyer took turns asking questions. Very detailed. Not everyone equally involved but the questions were challenging at times but fair.
