They checked my basics of analog circuits and network analysis.
Rc circuits, mos, current mirrors and projects these are the areas from which they asked.
Transient analysis of rc circuit, mos capacitor and inverter characteristics are the important topics which one should prepare from basics.

We were called for written round which was both descriptive and multiple choice. after that there were two technical round interviews in they concetrated on unsolved questions in written round and puzzles.After these there was HR round.
