Applied through a consulting agency (Brunel) and had a Skype interview with 2 team members (technical) and the leader of the team (HR). The technical interview was done in a very friendly manner and I was made to feel at ease. Overall, they managed to convey their whole idea about their expectations from the job which was very nice. Was very disappointed not to get any feedback from the agency or the interviewers about my interview/profile after receiving the rejection. Nevertheless, I have to say that as a beginner the job would've been very challenging for me and I'm sure they would've chosen a more experienced person.
