J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez NVIDIA (Santa Clara, CA) en déc. 2020
Entretien
Three 30 min phone calls with team members spread out over several weeks. The calls were pretty boilerplate without much coverage on unique job responsibilities or company culture. It was a confusing interview process with no info given along the way on next steps or timelines.

Question 1
What is a tech product you think is designed really well? What is good about it? What would you change?

The interview process was fairly well-structured.
1.) Interview invite to speak with the hiring manager for 45 min. Once passing this phase, candidates move onto panel interviews. I was asked to show my Data Analytics work that was available in the public domain, which I didn't. Therefore, I volunteered to do an analysis for a dataset chosen by the hiring manager instead. I spent a solid week of work on the project, which was received warmly by the hiring manager.
2.) Discussion with the recruiter on what to expect in the coming panel interviews. Q&A session with any HR related questions, including benefits, RTO, and relocation, etc.
3.) Panel interview with 5 individuals, spending 30 min with each individual. The first four individuals are stakeholders I will be working with; the last one is an internal volunteer who was there to answer any questions regarding NVIDIA. The last session only has a 15-minute duration.

Lousy, unreasonable interview questions and the interviewer did not have enough experience in the field. It is one thing to ask tough questions, it is another thing to ask irrelevant questions.
