I had been called for an interview through recruiter for the position of Seo Analyst. They made me to wait for almost 3 hours outside. They had a group panel of three members all senior level. They asked a couple of questions which I had answered. Again asked about my location and mother tongue. Finally they gave my resume back and said will call back. Is this the right way for recruiting an employer based on his location and mother tongue. Worst management ever had seen in an MNC.
