we had interview at their office in Pune.
30 candidates were short listed. We first had an aptitude test before. It was based on C and C++, Data Structures, OS and Analytical. Each section had different weight age. You have to clear all of them.

The round proceeds with second. each 45 minutes and I'm satisfied with the interview process. The question are usually technical, not for me. Solving small problems with optimal solutions. Recruiter guided well and process takes about 4 weeks
It is two consecutive 45 minutes interview with research scientist in different team. I needed to prepare different research ideas or proposals for each interviewer. There was no coding interview.

Ghosted for weeks after weekend long take home assignment + interview. Finally received a computer generated rejection email with no personal feedback. This is totally disrespectful towards a candidate's efforts, and absolutely not constructive.
