Surprisingly unprofessional experience, did not expect that experience from a company like NTT. Firstly my interview was rescheduled few times before it was finally proceeded. During the interview the person that was interviewing me seem utterly unbothered to be there. Around 10 mins introduction of the company and themselves, got asked only 3 questions of which few were really indirect. During the interview process also the person that was interviewing me was not fully visible on camera, but had half of their face visible, which I found really unprofessional and quite unsettling. After analyzing the whole situation it seem that the person had already made their mind.

1. And now its your turn? (really indirect as they said that they already seen my CV and I shouldn't talk about it, therefore I was unsure its my turn to what introduce myself or ask myself questions)
2. People based in your city are different than city X how would you consider communicating with people? (Also really unsure about that question they way it was asked was strange)

Talent acquisition really helpful. Take 1 month turn around. Check reference thoroughly. 3 layer interview. Best to get someone to do referral to skip the onboarding. Mostly have to start as a hunter and need to bring your own network

Un proceso profesional y cuidado.
Desde un inicio se brinda la informacióm necesaria para el proceso de seleccion, tanto en el job description como en los siguientes pasos. La recruiter en todo momento mantuvo comunicación fluída sobre todo en lo que refiere a tiempos del proceso, como al cierre y feedback del mismo. Destacable.

There are three rounds of interviews. First round with hiring manager. Second round with management and Third round with the company MD and HR. The questions asked are quite challenging and they focus on your knowledge and past experience.
