Screened by recruiter and then met in person with Inside Sales Manager in Redmond in a conference room, Later, I had two phone interviews with Sales Director before a final interview in person with VP of Sales. Standard interview questions with a focus on sales achievement and explaining my process. A lot of time available for me to ask questions.

4. How did you complete lead gen? How do you define the best prospects and how did you identify these through research?
The interview took place first with a phone call, then a series of in person with three people, and final interview by phone. A lot of questions around experience and strategies for success in prior sales roles. Some team related questions. I was offered the position but had something come up and couldn’t take it. Unfortunately.

Entretien
Interview was not tensed or difficult. They asked questions which I could easily answer. Nothing too much on behavioural or scenario questions. Pretty much related to daily works. Interviewers seem to want to know you better as an individual rather than just a worker.
