There were basically 2 steps, the first one is a normal interview with the HR where they present you the company and the profile they are looking for. Then you have the chance to describe yourself, your goals and your skills.
After that you have a second interview with a manager. He/she gives you more details about the job opportunity you're applying for and more details about your day to day tasks.
