I had a recruiter reach out to me by email. We then set up an appointment for the following week, at their HQ in Dallas. The interview was 1 on 1 with a senior consultant.

initial hr call, ntt presentation group session (you can just listen), manager interview (talking about projects you have done before etc) and job offer. All very easy with no technical assessment or skill tests
