I had attended the interview during campus placements. The hiring process starts with initial assessment followed by group discussion and personal interview. In group discussion we asked to describe about an inspirational personality and in the interview the interviewer mainly focused on communication skills.

The process took about 2 weeks to complete.Questions on dealing with difiicult clients and your overall customer service experience. It was a one on one interview followed by backgroung check.
