Horrible experience. HR calls and says the position is for Project Lead. I get a call after a weeks stating I'll have a telephonic interview. After the telephonic interview for the position of project lead, I was called for F2F in which the manager is saying it is for windows and Linus Level one admin post.
I informed that I have applied for Project lead role and she says " well there are requirements but currently I am looking for Level one admin".
when I call the HR to ask why each round was for different requirements, he says it was due to some internal confusion and that for now they do not have any lead opening!!!!
Ridiculous. they make me waste my time only to be told about their confusions and their requirements being changed!!!
First I had Screening call with Recruiting team, After that Interview with Offering Manager and at the end Interview with Country leader. All the interview were focused on my aptitudes or most challenging experiences and manage stakeholders. Also, they explore my manage of ambiguity, adaptability and interest in different solutions

Entretien
The process started with a telephonic technical discussion, followed by an in-person managerial discussion. I had to fill up few application forms and share all the documents with the HR. Then I had the HR round for negotiating salary. All these went fine in an week's time. But, after that its been a month now and still no offer in hand. Every other day the HR person updates that it is still pending with delivery. Then there was another negotiation, but with no result yet.
It seemed to me that the company processes are not streamlined otherwise no company takes around 40 days to get an offer.
I don't expect offer anymore and do not count on this company.
