Straight forward and fair. First in person with HR, then second with Sales Director, then third with 5 people in interview panel. Questions were direct but very fair and what would have been expected.

Question 1
Based around competenacy and experience. Looking for demonstrable examples of achievements and validity of where added value, won business, support, and new customers. The HR interview was based on competency and Industry related questions. The Second interview was based around personal achievements and relating these to the business. The last was a mixture of the two, providing ample opportunity to demonstrated capabilities but also ask searching questions of the business, approaches, processes, support, drivers etc.

Entretien
Very conversational and professional, high level discussions and very thorough with regards to the Role and the Team dynamic, processes and culture.
Not an interrogation session but an interactional conversation. The Hiring Managers made me feel at ease and comfortable.
4 rounds of interview. First call with HR, second with hiring manager and HR. Third role play with a technical person. Fourth with country managing director. Overal it took over two months, but mainly due to my availability issues. If needed, it could have taken less.

Three chats with in house recruitment people and existing leaders. Quite informal and a mix of online and face to face. Drawn out given availability challenges. They seem to change their minds on the requirement quite often
