Ntt Data visited our campus. The selection process consists of 4 rounds 1.Amcat test 2.Group Discussion 3.Technical Interview 4.Managerial Round. Each round is an elimination round. I cleared Amcat test. And on next day there was GD round. Each group has 10 members. Gd topics are common topics. You just have to speak and make your points that's it and you will get through. I cleared GD. Next round was technical round. Technical round is easy and they just ask basic questions related to project and oops concepts. I cleared technical round. And next round was managerial round but i was not able to get through it and was rejected. :-(

In a interviewer with a manager, talking about my experience, I received 1 hour just saying how much absurd was my idea of working while studying. I can't recommend that company at all. Internal policies is one thing, trying to teach a adult how to manage your own life is another. I had previous experience working in similar roles while studying.
