A very Professional initiation of the Interview process. Day 1 Started with Written Rounds, Day 2 with Technical Interview, Day 3rd HR and Personal Interview, followed by Group Discussion.
Day 4th Background check and verification and Telephonic round for communication check.
Day 7th was the result day, where a proper communication was made to announce the result and thereafter the result was mailed to the candidate with the offer letter. Very Helpful and extremely friendly when 1:1 interview process, such the candidate be felt very comfortable. Considerable amount of time was being given for proving his/her point on the question asked. Extremely Welcoming and friendly Work- culture. Individuals are being identified by their names which help in bring in out the positive confidence in each and the rest. The HR team works very hard to keep the people in positive moods by holding many campaigns for fun-filled Contests and Games.

Primero te llama recursos humanos explicando el puesto, te lleva a completar una prueba de habilidades cognitivas. Si te va bien, posteriormente hacer una entrevista con tu jefe directo en la que hablas sobre la experiencia laboral, por qué quiere entrar y como está compuesta el área.
