[Tokyo] They cancelled/postponed the interview 3 times. Each time without rescheduling --even though I had a direct contact and the process was initiated by them via a personal contact.
1st time the manager failed to confirm his own designated interview time.
2nd time they changed manager and that manager failed to reply to my responses to his email.
3rd time the got HR involved and they rescheduled again but it took two weeks to reschedule.
No organization during the interview and no mention of corporate objectives.

Il processo di colloquio è stato piacevole e molto attento.
Dopo un primo passaggio da remoto con HR, ho sostenuto un colloquio con una figura tecnica di riferimento, sempre da remoto.
A sequito di questi due colloqui, ho sostenuto anche un colloquio in sede con il referente d'area.
In tutti e 3 i casi sono stato messo a mio agio, clima senza pressione e, seppur professionale, molto tranquillo.
Un plauso alla nuova sede di Roma .

The process was well-organized and professional. The communication throughout was clear and timely. The interviewer was friendly, knowledgeable about the role, and able to answer all of my questions about the company and the expectations.

It was not difficult, and questions were clear. Mainly they focused on my experiences about project management and stakeholder management. The position was for Managed service side, and they wait me to talk with the customer side also
