Hired on the spot after a 2 hour work experience. District manager asked me some general questions then made a hiring decision. The work experience involved me working on the buffet and replacing pizzas as need. My personality was tested by yelling out :Hi, Welcome to CiCi's" when people came in and "Bye, Thank you" when people left.
