Very slow, received multiple job offers in the time it took for them to go through the applications and make contact. Multiple phone interviews with Hoban recruitment. I suggest SES start taking over the recruitment process to engage with their candidates as Hoban really don't possess the information needed to equip applicants interested in the role.
