Applied to the job and heard back pretty quickly since it was a referral. Went to two rounds of interviews. One with the recruiter and the other with the district manager. The 2nd interview with the regional manager was less than 10 min. long. The 2nd interview was held on my birthday. They didn't even know my name or background information or even had a copy of my resume. They were dealing with computer/internet issues to which I tried to offer assistance (not that I should have). I was told I would hear back on a "tentative offer" by EOD. It has been over 2 weeks. I have reached out to both the regional manager and the recruiter, numerous times to only be ghosted.

Simple and easy very professional and polite people. Made me feel relaxed and comfortable . Assets to the company. Very polite very informative laid out the company the job description overall great people.
