Very thorough, structured and organized. Honesty and a superior skillset is crucial. Background checks were also very thorough, took me 2 weeks to pass the check. The company culture is great.

Entretien
1. Phone interview. general phone screening questions and an easy technical question.
2. Virtual interview. Was asked about past experience and technical questions, including a easy coding problem.
3. Final in-person interview. Talked more about experience and was asked some behaviour questions.
The interviewers are nice. But I was ghosted after the final interview, haven't received any response regarding the interview results.

The interview deals with technical questions only. It is like, "tell me something about ..." and then he will dive into details and ask whatever he comes up with
