I was called on the phone and told that the next day I'll have a meeting with HR and the Polish team, then an Excel test that I'll have to complete in a few days, and then a final interview. In the first meeting that was supposed to be with HR, they talked about the role for 5 minutes and didn't let me talk about my experience AT ALL. Then they shared their screen and gave me a surprise Excel and SQL test that they never told me about. This is highly unprofessional and tells me a lot about their company.
